What Is Spring Education?

Spring Education is an education charity established in September 2001 with the following as its expressed aims:

1.The promotion of Educational excellence amongst members of South London’s ethnic minorities and Religious communities.

2.The promotion of inter faith Dialogue

3.The promotion of Art and crafts activities

4.The promotion of racial harmony

5 The promotion of Physical and Mental health wellbeing amongst members of

South London's ethnic and religious groups.

6. The development of educational excellence via Religious studies







Spring Education is a community based voluntary organisation that has been established to conduct educational, inter religious and social/ health work amongst the ethic minority youth and religious communities living or studying within South London. Spring Education has an active commitment to the bringing about of both educational excellence and religious harmony via the employment of a number of strategies, academic, artistic and sporting. The community based work of Spring Education within South London mainly takes the form of Mentoring, Arts and Crafts workshops, Poetry sessions, Sporting activities, inter faith dialogue, health and wellbeing workshops, along with the provision of Key Skills sessions and free educational literature. The above are provided in a conscious attempt to positively impact on the lived experience of the ethnic minority and religious community youth of South London.
